Responsibilities

  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting

  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams

  • Manage resources and subcontractor relationships

  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery

  • Communicate proactively with clients and stakeholders

  • Maintain knowledge of residential code requirements

Qualifications

  • Experience in construction or residential renovation project management preferred

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills

  • Knowledge of residential construction processes and code requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities

  • Proficiency with project management software

Remodeling Crew Member

Experience Preferred

Join our team as a Remodeling Crew Member and help bring our clients’ visions to life. In this hands-on role, you’ll work alongside our remodeling team on a variety of residential and commercial projects, contributing to quality craftsmanship from demolition and preparation through installation and completion.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with demolition, preparation, remodeling, and installation

  • Perform carpentry, trim, flooring, tile, window and door installation, plastering, caulking, stucco, and other construction tasks

  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment

  • Read and follow construction plans and technical drawings

  • Assist with material handling, site preparation, layout, and cleanup

  • Support basic electrical and plumbing work when needed

  • Follow all job-site safety protocols and quality standards

  • Work collaboratively with the team to keep projects moving efficiently

Qualifications

  • Previous construction or remodeling experience preferred

  • Experience with carpentry, flooring, tile, windows, doors, and other building materials

  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical drawings

  • Comfortable operating hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment

  • Knowledge of construction-site safety practices

  • Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge is a plus

  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork skills

  • Comfortable working in a variety of indoor and outdoor job-site environments
